Team Finance & Risk
As a founding partner of Capri Partners I focus on our clients within Finance and Risk and the commercial parts of our operations. Until my 27th I’ve been working in the real estate industry. I came to the realization that I would like to make a change in my career and pursue a future of working with people in a commercial environment. Recruitment is the perfect industry to do so. I’m a very curious person and I use this to really understand what someone’s needs are. I always learned that hard work trumps talent when talent doesn’t work hard enough. When I’m not at work I like to do sportive activities, mostly the sports with a social character as I like to work out with my friends. I like to travel or just spend time with my friends and family.
My true passion lies in the art of connecting people. As a recruiter, I embody this passion each day. I nurture a dream of working from abroad for several months annually. Pushing boundaries, both professionally and personally, invigorates me. I hold a firm belief that this dream, blending work and adventure seamlessly, will usher me into a realm of unique experiences and unforgettable moments.

When I'm not at work you can find me at the golf course, one of my favorite places to be!

It's where I have the opportunity to combine my interest in the financial world with my need for human connection, all while seeking out excellent "matches" – establishing strong and enduring working relationships based on competencies as well as personal rapport. Kitesurfing is my passion; whenever the wind permits, you'll find me on the water. I draw substantial energy from sports in general. Moreover, connecting people, whether in my personal life or now in my professional capacity at Capri, truly excites me.

As a founding partner of Capri Partners I use my experience in often complex Data and IT projects to empower our clients. To me recruitment is about finding a sustainable solution for our clients. Sometimes it’s necessary to challenge the status quo to do so and find out the situation behind the staffing question. I enjoy working with people from different cultures in dynamic environments. Challenging myself every day to find the best custom solution for our clients. When I’m not at work I like to go kickboxing, have dinner with my friends and tell stories to my little son.
I view Capri Partners as a harmonious yet industrious organization, where everyone is encouraged to bring out their best. When I'm not working, I happily devote my time to my greatest passion: (motor)sports and motorcycle riding.
Capri, to me, is a platform where I can evolve into a well-rounded and self-reliant business consultant, capable of running my own venture from abroad. It's a space where I can glean personal insights from everyone around me, and professionally, grasp the full spectrum of entrepreneurship. Capri is also a sanctuary where authenticity thrives. I find excitement in exhilarating kitesurfing sessions with friends, engaging in sports, playing the piano, attending theater performances, embarking on vacations, and embracing the thrill of learning new things.
To me, Capri provides an environment where I'm empowered to push my boundaries—both professionally and in my personal life. Within the realm of Capri, I'm not only adept at creating the perfect match between clients and candidates, but I've also honed the skill of offering tailor-made advice. In just one year, I've grown into a full-fledged Business Consultant. Thanks to the space and freedom that Capri grants, I still find ample time for the gym, kitesurfing, and padel. And, of course, the weekend wouldn't be complete without a social gathering and a dance or two.
For me, Capri signifies a pleasant and inspiring workplace—a training ground to evolve into a seasoned professional within the field. I'm fueled by a motivated team and a positive atmosphere among colleagues. Beyond that, it's a dream of mine to eventually cultivate the freedom to pursue other aspirations in the future. This passion isn't necessarily tied to Capri; rather, it's something that drives me in various aspects of life.
