I lead the Finance & Risk Business Unit, hold commercial responsibility for our internal training program, and work on our long-term strategy and associated hiring. I make sure our market knowledge stays sharp and that clients always get the right expertise at the table. My decision to switch from real estate to recruitment comes from my passion for working with people. That’s where my energy lies: connecting talent and sharing knowledge, whether with clients or colleagues. People describe me as loyal, genuine, and ambitious. I like to stay true to myself. Father to Nora, padel enthusiast, and happiest surrounded by family and friends.

As Managing and Founding Partner at Capri Partners, I lead multiple teams and oversee our core processes. With my background as an IT consultant, I bring structure, sharpness, and a solution-oriented mindset to everything I do. Together with colleagues, I build the Data & Analytics Business Unit and a future-focused network of professionals. My biggest motivation is the development of our consultants. Through our Performance Management program, I help them grow both professionally and personally. I also work on strengthening our internal organization through the shared service center, in collaboration with The Hup. Trust, commitment, and continuous improvement are our top priorities. Outside of work, I am the father of Moos, enjoy sports, and love seeking the sun.

With twenty years of experience on both agency and corporate sides, I understand how crucial it is that recruitment aligns with what organizations truly need — in content, process, culture, and digital transformation. What energizes me most at work is the variety because no two days are ever the same in the office. I enjoy growing with Capri as the company develops. With my service mindset and caring nature, I make it a priority to warmly welcome all clients and consultants so everyone feels at ease. I really see myself as the office mom. My spicy chicken sandwich on Friday afternoons has become a tradition and you will find everyone ready to pile their plates at 11:59 sharp. I live in Amsterdam with my son Raymi and my partner. I love good company, great food, fitness, and Ajax.

I’m responsible for operations at Capri Partners. From leave requests to expense claims and everything in between. But my work is not just about systems. I personally support new candidates to ensure their start is as smooth as possible. What I enjoy most is approachable contact, a listening ear, and making sure people know who to turn to.
